Rocky Bee's business operations commenced on December 12, 1999 when the English section of the Business Area was uploaded to the web site Headquarters are located in Yokohama, Japan and services are provided in Japanese and English. Activities, apart from those of Rocky Bee Music and the Rocky Bee Mall, include helping Japanese clients with their communications in English and enabling overseas businessmen and businesswomen to make sure that their messages coming this way have the impact they expect. Start-up and interim management assistance can be provided for new enterprises. And in earlier stages, Rocky Bee can be your eyes, your ears and your voice.

The prime objectives are twofold: to develop Rocky Bee Music and provide services to clients needing:

First among its acceptance criteria are that no activity requested be illegal in Japan or internationally and that no material directed to the web site be offensive. Rocky Bee will not engage in activities which are connected to any pyramid business schemes.
