Rewriting*
Perhaps you're a foreign manager in 21st century Japan. You will not have the number of expatriates in your offices that your counterparts of a generation or so ago would have had. But you have recruited English speaking staff who can talk to you and can handle most everyday communications.
Even so, you may not be ready to let those marketing plans or special letters and reports go out to the home office or to your clients abroad without their being vetted by a literate and savvy native speaker. Who's there? Well you are there! And there are only be a few minor grammatical changes to make. But the idiom of the Japanese is not the idiom of the English speaker and you may find that the effort is taking a lot more of your management time than you expected it to.
It downright frustrating. So where else can you turn for that once a year or one off project? Rockbee has been there. Rockybee knows all about confidentiality. For straight forward proof reading, editing or rewriting, text may be forwarded to the team by e-mail. It will returned by the same medium with whatever corrections and changes are needed.
No? In house, consultation with your managers is a must and your material is too sensitive to leave your office. Rockybee will attend at your premises and work with your people without being intrusive and with respect for their positions. Perhaps you're a Japanese manager, a capable English speaker yourself, and at an advantage in re-interpreting translations from Japanese. You too will have the same restraints on your time as the expatriate manager. If giving a hand to your staff with their English is a burden, you may also be interested in the discreet assistance available from Rockybee.
